If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any products (outside of bath and body lines, or final sale items as detailed below), within 7 days from the date that your items were delivered. You will receive an account credit minus the initial shipping cost to you. To be eligible for a return and an account credit, your item must be in original unused/new condition, with tags attached. You will be issued an account credit, not a refund, for any eligible items sent back. Please send an email prior to shipping ANY returns to Support@PalmerPreston.com

Upon inspection of returned goods, you will receive an email notification of your processed credit. Typically within 24-48 business hours after return delivery arrival.
All items ending in .99 and/or discounted, doorbusters, deal of the day, pre-order, as well as mystery bags are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
